Return/Refund Policy

 

Our return time is 30 days. Please check our detailed terms and conditions for returns and exchanges below.

If you are dissatisfied with the merchandise purchased on voritude for any reason, we are happy to process the return.

voritude reserves the right to refuse to return or exchange items that are not in a new state due to customer damage, installation or misuse. All items must be safely returned to their original protective outer packaging/package and inner protective material, or they must be repackaged with appropriate protective materials and an outer box/package. Damaged and unpackaged returns will not be accepted.

 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify our customer service team via [email protected] within 48 hours to file a claim. Any notice or statement outside this window will not be accepted. We are unable to process claims or issue returns for installed lighting equipment. Returns with due postage sent on arrival will be returned to the sender.

 

 

Return procedure: Customers must contact us before returning the goods to obtain a return authorization number and appropriate instructions. Returns sent without a return authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or defective items: If your order is delivered by a freight or less-than-truck trucking company, the customer agrees to inspect the goods before accepting the delivery. If any item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must refuse the delivery and notify the customer service.

 

If the goods delivered by UPS, USPS or FEDEX show signs of damage, the customer must notify our customer service representative within 5 working days of the original delivery date. Before issuing a return authorization, images of any damaged and/or defective items must be sent via email.

 

Return order:

 

We will deduct 5% of the item value logistics cost + 2% return fee of labor loss. Customers who wish to cancel orders that have not been delivered but whose tracking information is available and show goods in transit will be charged all applicable replenishment and return fees.

If your order includes sales tax, the amount of sales tax will also be refunded. Please post the refund amount within 7 to 14 working days.
